White-breasted Nuthatch Trinket Dish
White-breasted Nuthatch Trinket Dish
I love drawing and painting native plants and animals in addition to making jewelry, and these sweet little trinket dishes combine my love of both activities! Each dish is hand-formed from reclaimed copper before having coats of vitreous enamel added to both the bottom and top. I then use both graphite and watercolor enamels to hand draw/paint each dish. The dish is again fired in the kiln to set the painting permanently into the enamel.
Perfect for your favorite pieces of jewelry or other special treasures, this white-breasted nuthatch trinket dish measures approximately 3 3/4 inches in diameter and 5/8 inch tall. The dish also has a small hanger soldered on the back so that the piece can be hung on your wall.
Please note that these dishes are not food safe.
All trinket dishes are handmade from 95% reclaimed materials. Each piece is unique, and you will receive the exact item shown (please note that back of item will look slightly different). A percentage of every sale is donated to a non-profit environmental, humanitarian, or arts organization. Thank you for supporting sustainable craft!
