Inspired by my constant attempt to balance all aspects of a busy life, this simple necklace represents the thin line between balance and lack of balance. It is easy to wear, lightweight, and sparkly. I solder the hand- forged 3/4 inch bar directly to the chain, so the necklace creates an uninterrupted, elegant line. The bar is approximately 1.4 mm thick, so this is a very thin, wearable necklace. Made in either recycled sterling silver or recycled gold fill, it is available in either 16 or 18 inch length. Gold fill is a thick layer of gold surrounding a base metal (such as sterling silver or copper). Unlike gold plate, gold fill will not wear off.

All jewelry is handmade from a minimum of 50% reclaimed materials. Because of the nature of handmade objects, the item you receive will vary slightly from the photograph.
